Restaurant Yi Poh has been for close to 50 years since his aunty started the business. Owner Mr Thong made sure he mastered the unique taste of this dish from his anuty and sure enough, the business has blossomed into a restaurant is named after her. The Yi Poh Lau Shu Fen served here is best known for its dry style, topped with the minced meat and Char Siew of olden times.
